The teaser of Nara Rohith’s upcoming film Prathinidhi 2 directed by received a good response. Today, the film’s theatrical trailer has been unveiled by director Sukumar.
Going by the trailer, Prathinidhi 2 is an intense political thriller. Political scenarios changed over the years and politicians turned corrupt.
Apart from questioning the integrity of politicians, the movie also questions the emotional decisions of the general public when their beloved politician passes away.
“When not many suffered a cardiac arrest when Gandhi passed away, how people are taking such drastic steps now,” questions he, telling the people the importance of family more than the leader.
The protagonist is seen cautioning the voters to be vigilant while casting their votes. There seems more than what was shown in the trailer.
The police officer’s qualms over the protagonist’s activities raise doubts over his character. Who is he? Why he is questioning the political system? What’s his main motive?
Murthy Devagupthapu showed his expertise as a writer and director, although it’s his maiden venture. Nara Rohith looked intense all through, and there’s some secret to this character.
The director got complete support from his technical team- cinematographer Nani Chamidisetty and composer Mahati Swara Sagar to reinforce the overall experience.
