Naga Chaitanya doesn’t have a film releasing anytime soon, and there’s really no need for Jr. NTR to promote any of his movies. But this time, it’s not about cinema — it’s about food.
Yes, Jr. NTR is promoting Naga Chaitanya’s restaurant, Shoyu, and that too, all the way in Japan!
As many already know, Naga Chaitanya owns Shoyu, a cloud kitchen in Hyderabad that serves authentic Japanese cuisine.
Being a fan of Japanese food himself, Chaitanya launched the restaurant to bring those flavors to local food lovers.
Now, during his Japan visit to promote his film Devara, Jr. NTR gave a shout-out to Shoyu. Speaking to the local media, he said: “I absolutely love sushi. And if anyone out there loves it as much as I do, I have a great recommendation. My friend Naga Chaitanya has a restaurant in Hyderabad called Shoyu — it serves the best Japanese food.”
He added that his personal favorite is Unagi Sushi.
During interviews alongside director Koratala Siva, NTR made it a point to praise Chaitanya’s venture, showing how friendships in the industry go beyond just films.
