Gauri Khan, renowned interior designer and wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has sold a premium apartment in Mumbai for â¹11.61 crore, according to a report by Zapkey. The transaction was officially registered in March 2025.
The 1,993 sq. ft. apartment is located on the 21st floor of Kohinoor Altissimo (Kohinoor Square) in Mumbai's Dadar West area. Gauri originally purchased the property in August 2022 for â¹8.5 crore. The recent sale marks a notable appreciation of 37% in less than three years. The deal includes two parking spaces, and the per-square-foot rate comes to â¹58,507.
Documents reveal that the buyers are Devendra Chaukar, holding an 87.5% stake in the property, and Vandana Agarwal, with a 12.5% share. The apartment is part of a ready-to-move-in residential project developed by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., offering luxury units in various configurations.
While Gauri is widely known for her high-end design label, Gauri Khan Designs, she is also the co-founder of Red Chillies Entertainment and has produced several major Bollywood blockbusters. Her own residence, the iconic Mannat, is currently undergoing a large-scale renovation and expansion.
This high-profile real estate transaction adds another feather to her cap as both a designer and businesswoman.
