Siddhu's 'Jack': New Burden On Producer

Director Praveen Sattaru, known for his film Gandeevadhari Arjuna, had convinced producer Bapinidu that he makes budget-friendly films ensuring profits. However, that movie led to heavy losses for the producer.

After that disaster, no producer dared to entrust Praveen with a mainstream film. But the curse didn’t end there — it still haunts them.

Recovering from the Gandeevadhari Arjuna shock, producer Bapinidu started a new film, Jack, starring Siddhu Jonnalagadda and directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar.

Initially delayed due to creative differences, it is finally ready for release this month. However, an unexpected obstacle has emerged. Readmore!

Anushree Satyanarayana (East) and Praveen (West), who bought Gandeevadhari Arjuna rights, have filed complaints with local film chambers.

They claim they purchased Jack under the condition that their losses from Gandeevadhari Arjuna would be recovered, but since they received nothing, they are now demanding payment before permitting Jack’s release.

Though this alone may not halt the release, old dues must now be settled. Payments must be made, and the burden of Praveen Sattaru’s past missteps must finally be lifted.
