This habit of frequent foreign vacations had some fans and film enthusiasts wondering whether Mahesh would be able to stay focused on SSMB29, his highly anticipated project with director SS Rajamouli — who is famously known as a taskmaster and expects complete dedication from his actors.
To address this playfully, Rajamouli posted a video at the beginning of the shoot, hinting that he had taken Mahesh Babu’s passport to prevent him from flying off during breaks.
In response, Mahesh jokingly quoted his iconic dialogue, “Okkasari commit aitey na maata nene vinanu.”
Now, three months into the filming of SSMB29, Mahesh Babu has wrapped up the first phase and is officially on vacation mode.
Spotted at the airport today, he cheerfully waved his passport at the paparazzi, indicating that he had retrieved it from Rajamouli.
