Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Memes, Jokes on Postponement

Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited historical action drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu has hit yet another delay.

The film, which was slated for release on May 9, 2025, will no longer arrive on that date. It is now expected to release on May 30 or possibly even later.

Producer A M Rathnam is set to make an official announcement confirming the latest postponement — marking the film’s seventh such delay since production began in 2020.

Frustrated fans have taken to social media to express their disappointment, while meme creators are having a field day. Readmore!

From parody timelines to “still coming soon” jokes, the film's frequent delays have become a viral sensation online.

Some users even claim the film has been postponed 11 times since 2022, although the officially confirmed count stands at seven.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu began production in 2020 under the direction of Krish, who also wrote the script.

To accommodate Pawan Kalyan’s political schedule, Krish split the story into two parts and titled the first installment Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Sword vs. Spirit. However, the actor was unable to complete the shoot.

As a result, A M Rathnam’s son, Jothi Krishna, took over directing duties and has been completing the remaining portions.

Following his appointment as Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan has found it increasingly difficult to allocate time for the film’s completion. Health concerns have further contributed to the ongoing delays.

Will Hari Hara Veera Mallu finally hit screens on May 30, or will it be postponed yet again? Only time will tell.
