Bobby's Mega Movie: Why Producers Not Coming Forward?

Any producer should jump at a chance to make a movie with a megastar and with a director like Bobby, who delivered blockbusters like Waltair Veeraiah and Daku Maharaj.

Yet no producer is finalizing the new project of Chiranjeevi-Bobby. Why?

Bobby reportedly first approached Mythri Movies, but they are busy with bigger commitments. Surprisingly, DVV Danayya’s name isn’t circulating either — perhaps he’s waiting for OG to complete.

Another Tollywood banner, People's Media, known for backing risky projects, also seems hesitant.  Readmore!

Whispers suggest concerns over Bobby’s budget control, as films with him often exceed costs. The responsibility to prove it wrong lies with Bobby himself.

The logistics to make film either with Balayya or Chiranjeevi will be the same. But Balayya's remuneration is Rs 30 Cr while Chiranjeevi's is Rs 70 Cr. There lies a huge difference.

Add the involvement of Megastar’s daughter as a producer, and expenses rise further.

Moreover, the marketing fate of Vishwambhara and Anil Ravipudi’s movie remains uncertain. Producers may wait for these results before committing.

If the market stabilizes, Vishwambhara works well and Bobby proves he can manage costs, producers might step forward.

Otherwise, there’s a chance the Megastar could opt for a profit-sharing model without upfront remuneration, prompting producers to line up enthusiastically.
