Samantha Ruth Prabhu has addressed the rumours about promoting Ye Maaya Chesave with her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya.
The film, which marked her Telugu debut in 2010, will be re-released on July 18, 2025. Fans speculated that the former couple might reunite for its promotion.
However, Samantha denied these rumours, firmly stating that she is not promoting the film with anyone or at all.
The actress shared that she vividly remembers working on Ye Maaya Chesave and praised director Gautham Menon for his clarity and direction.
She recalled her first shot in the film, a scene where her character Jessie meets Karthik (played by Naga Chaitanya), and described the filming experience as memorable and special.
Despite public interest, Samantha emphasized that she doesn’t base her decisions on audience expectations.
She also appeared visibly irritated in a recent viral video when paparazzi surrounded her, asking them to stop clicking photos.
