I Liked The Core Message Of Kothapallilo: Rana

Rana Daggubati is all set to release the rural fun entertainer Kothapallilo Okappudu under his Spirit Media banner on the 18th of this month.

Praveena Paruchuri, who has both produced and directed the film, expressed her gratitude for Rana’s support.

“This is my third film as a producer and my first as a director. I’m here today because of the encouragement I received for C/o Kancharapalem. My heartfelt thanks to Rana and Suresh Babu. I truly hope to collaborate with Rana again,” she shared.

Speaking about the film, Rana said the story and characters felt instantly relatable. Readmore!

“Even though I don’t visit my hometown often, I immediately recognized people like the local moneylender handing out loans, the landlord cursing him, and characters like Ramakrishna who chase after girls in the village. These people felt so familiar and deeply endearing, even with the little time I’ve spent there.”

He further added, “What really stood out for me is the core message of the film. Belief is such a simple, yet powerful thing. Once you make someone believe something, even if it’s the truth, you can't undo that belief. That thought really stayed with me.”

Rana also revealed that he’ll be starting work on a new film as an actor this October, describing it as a fun entertainer.
