Bollywood star Salman Khan has sold an apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 5.35 crore, according to property registration documents filed in July 2025.
The flat, located in Shiv Asthan Heights, spans 122.45 square metres (approximately 1,318 sq ft) and includes three parking spaces.
The deal attracted a stamp duty of Rs 32.01 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, as per details reviewed by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
Bandra West is among Mumbai’s most premium real estate zones, known for its mix of luxury apartments, heritage homes, and high-end commercial spaces.
It enjoys excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station, and upcoming Metro links, while being close to key hubs like BKC, Lower Parel, and the international airport.
Salman Khan, active in the film industry since the 1990s, has starred in major hits such as Sultan (2018), Bharat (2020), and Sikander (2025), and produced several films through Salman Khan Films.
He also runs the Being Human Foundation, supporting various charitable causes.
