Big Hero Spends Rs 31 Crore on Office Space

Many Bollywood actors invest heavily in real estate, buying and selling properties as a side business. Hrithik Roshan is no exception.

The actor has recently purchased an expensive property in Mumbai.

Hrithik bought three commercial flats on the first floor of an apartment building in Chandivali, Andheri East.

The purchase, made through HRX Digitech; a company jointly run by Hrithik and his father Rakesh Roshan; cost ₹31 crore. Readmore!

The total area of the three commercial units is 13,546 sq. ft. In addition, Hrithik is spending another ₹3 crore on amenities and interiors.

There has been speculation that Hrithik plans to turn director soon, and this latest acquisition has only fueled those rumors.

Reports suggest that he intends to begin pre-production work for his directorial debut in this very commercial space.

Investing in real estate has become a routine for Hrithik. Last year, he purchased three residential flats in the same Andheri locality for ₹6.75 crore.
