The Department of Posts has announced that, effective August 25, 2025, booking and transmission of all categories of mail items to the United States will be suspended - except for documents/letters and gift items valued up to USD 100.

The move comes in response to new regulations introduced by the U.S. Administration under an Executive Order, set to take effect on August 29, 2025.

The Department of Posts said it is closely monitoring the situation and working to restore services as soon as possible. Readmore!

Customers who have already booked items that cannot be dispatched will receive postage refunds.
