No Call in 103 Days: Kavitha Attacks KTR

A day after being suspended from the BRS, MLC K Kavitha said she continues to draw strength from her father and party president KCR, under whose leadership she learnt to fight and question the government.

Speaking to reporters, Kavitha reflected on her recent incarceration, noting that she had spent five and a half months in jail in what she described as a “false case.”

Despite this, she said she had resumed her regular activities through the Telangana Jagruthi platform, raising issues that affect the people.

Kavitha alleged that a false campaign had been orchestrated against her by individuals she had already named in the past. Readmore!

She also expressed disappointment over the lack of support from her brother, KTR.

“It has been 103 days, and not a single word has been spoken. I haven’t even received a phone call from my brother,” she said.

Questioning her treatment within the party, Kavitha asked what support ordinary women workers could expect if even she was ignored.

“If this is the situation for me, what about a normal woman worker in the party?” she remarked.

Despite her suspension, Kavitha maintained that she remains committed to public service, inspired by her father’s leadership, and vowed to continue her political journey.
