Kavitha was officially suspended from BRS yesterday, and that is now known to all. Rumors are circulating that someone is behind this, considering it an orchestrated move.
Some say Revanth Reddy is behind it, but he is in no way connected to this drama, and reliable sources confirm the same. Of course, he is not going to gain anything out of this, as a split in BRS would not fetch much for Congress.
Others say BJP is behind it, but BJP usually does not indulge in this sort of “dirty politics” like splitting families. Their game plans are of a higher level. First, they need to project the right face to lead BJP in Telangana. Without that, nothing much will work in their favor.
Another popular theory that many are endorsing is that KTR himself is playing it discreetly as a political strategy. As of now, KCR trusts Harish Rao and Joginapally Santosh blindly. By making Kavitha suspended, KTR might be targeting Harish Rao through Kavitha’s strong words against Harish Rao, thereby preventing him from taking control of the party after KCR’s retirement.
Since KCR is not listening to normal advice, KTR may want to use Kavitha’s sharper attacks on Harish Rao to eventually push KCR to sideline Harish Rao, if not immediately then at least in the future.
Some people believe this is a deliberate drama being staged by the Kalvakuntla brother and sister for party leadership after KCR’s retirement. To support this, they point out that Kavitha is attacking only Harish Rao and not saying a single word against KTR. However, another group dismisses this theory as well, claiming KTR and Harish Rao are already together.
The final theory is that Kavitha may simply have been foolish in trusting sycophants and assuming herself to be invincible and all-powerful, similar to how YS Sharmila assumed in Andhra Pradesh. By believing she was stronger than anyone else after KCR, falling for praises of closed coterie, she may have crossed limits with him and ended up suspended.
Some say this is the only truth and rules out all other conspiracy theories.
