Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan and Telugu star Sreeleela, who will soon be seen together in Anurag Basu’s upcoming film, are once again at the center of dating rumours.
The speculation, which first gained momentum in March after a video of Sreeleela joining Kartik’s family celebration went viral, has now intensified following their joint appearance at Ganesh Chaturthi festivities in Mumbai.
Photos from the intimate celebration at Kartik’s home have surfaced online, showing the duo twinning in white.
In one image, Kartik is seen standing next to Sreeleela’s mother, while the actress poses beside Kartik’s mother, Mala Tiwari.
Another photo captures Kartik taking a cheerful group selfie with both families — including his parents, Mala and Manish Tiwari, as well as Sreeleela and her mother. The warm family interactions have only fueled romance rumours further.
The buzz first took off earlier this year during the IIFA Awards 2025, when Kartik’s mother was asked about her “future daughter-in-law.”
Her reply — that the family wanted “a very good doctor” — immediately drew attention, as Sreeleela is pursuing her medical degree alongside her acting career.
Adding to the speculation, Sreeleela was also part of Kartik’s family celebration in March, when they hosted a party for his sister Dr Kritika Tiwari’s professional milestone.
A viral clip showed Sreeleela dancing to the hit Pushpa 2 song Kissik, while Kartik was spotted behind the camera capturing the moment.
While neither Kartik nor Sreeleela has confirmed or denied the rumours, their repeated family appearances together have kept fans talking.
The two will share the screen in Anurag Basu’s untitled project, officially announced in February.
