Bollywood actress Malaika Arora recently sold her luxury apartment in the Runwal Elegante complex, Andheri West, for Rs 5.30 crore.
Registered in August 2025 with the Inspector General of Registration, the sale included a spacious 1,369 sq ft flat along with one parking space.
Located in one of Mumbai’s prime residential hubs, the apartment belongs to a high-end project that continues to attract affluent buyers.
Malaika had purchased the property in March 2018 for Rs 3.26 crore. The recent transaction earned her a significant profit of Rs 2.04 crore, reflecting a 62 percent appreciation in value over seven years.
The deal also involved payment of Rs 31.08 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees.
According to Square Yards, the complex witnessed 22 property deals worth Rs 109 crore between September 2024 and August 2025, with the average price at Rs 33,150 per sq ft.
