Teja Sajja starrer fantasy action-adventure Mirai grand pre-release event was hold with a huge crowd in attendance.
Producer Vishwa Prasad called Mirai as a visual wonder. “The film blends fantasy, history, and supernatural powers, along with strong spiritual elements. We aim to take it further as a Pan world franchise.”
Manoj Manchu shared his admiration for director Karthik Ghattamaneni, saying, “Karthik walked into my life like Lord Rama makes his entry in the film. The moment I heard the story, I felt like falling at his feet. I couldn’t believe someone could conceive such a powerful script. This marks my comeback 2.0.”
Describing his character, he said, “My role, Black Sword Mahabir Lama, is like Thanos from The Avengers. This character doesn’t care about caste, eligibility, or hierarchy. It rages against such limitations. The path Black Sword chooses leads only to destruction. He won’t stop until he finds all nine books. If he succeeds, he’ll become like the ten-headed Ravana, as described by our director.”
Speaking about his co-star, he added, “I saw a purity in Teja Sajja’s smile when we first met three years ago. It’s not easy to stand on your own in this industry, but Teja has everything it takes. I’ve witnessed the effort he put into the action sequences firsthand. I truly hope Mirai will have many more parts to come.”
Teja Sajja affirmed that this film will appeal to everyone, from kids to adults. “I say this with full confidence because we’ve put in immense effort. You’ll clearly see our sincerity, hard work, and dedication on screen. I’m incredibly proud of every single person who worked on this project.”
He acknowledged the team behind the movie: “To make a film like this, you need a strong pillar behind it, someone emotionally invested. For Vishwa Prasad, cinema is a passion. When Karthik narrated the story, it included many elements never attempted before.
Then Manoj anna came on board. Since this is a story of ambition, we needed someone strong to back it, and he provided that strength. Ritika is an incredibly committed actress. This is my second film with Hari Gowra after HanuMan, and I haven’t seen a more dedicated music director. His score will give you goosebumps.
Mirai has everything you're looking for, and there are two surprises which are kept under wraps for now and they will definitely thrill you in theatres.”
The young actor also announced that there would be no hike in ticket prices, aiming to make the film accessible for family audiences.
