Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday stressed the need for a continued cooperation and coordination among the alliance partners – TDP, Jana Sena and Bharatiya Janata Party, which he said, was a “super hit combination.”
Addressing the public meeting of the TDP-led coalition government under the banner of Super Six-Super Hit at Anantapur, Naidu hoped that the combination of three parties would continue for many years to come.
He said Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan, BJP state president P V N Madhav and he were working with a same vision and commitment.
“We contested together, won together, and are working together. With the people’s blessings this hit combination will strengthen,” Naidu said.
Naidu said all the alliance partners had the same aim and dedication.
“We want justice for the people… we want to rebuild the state. That is our sole focus. The future of the people is what matters to us,” he said.
The chief minister, however, sounded a word of caution for the leaders and cadres of all the three parties, asking them to work together and sink differences.
“You should be humble and let the arrogance, corruption, indolence and dissatisfaction to come within your reach,” he said.
He clarified that the alliance partners were rulers but servants.
“We are not landlords — we work for the future of the people. Let us not make any mistakes,” he said.
“If one MLA errs, or a worker errs, or an official errs — it tarnishes the government’s reputation. That is why we speak regularly with everyone. Work with integrity — public representatives must stand with the people. We are working for the people — we will do everything, but we need cooperation,” he said.
