For the first time in her career, Samyuktha is starring in a heroine-oriented film, titled The Black Gold, which was revealed yesterday.
Directed by Yogesh KMC and produced by Razesh Danda under the Hasya Movies banner in collaboration with Maganti Pictures, the film’s first look was unveiled today on the occasion of Diwali.
The poster features Samyuktha standing resolutely on a blood-stained railway platform, holding a pistol. Her intense expression, blood-smeared clothes, and rugged outfit reflect a character deeply driven by retaliation.
The setting depicts a train station strewn with bodies, hinting at a violent storyline. The atmosphere is further intensified by the image of a man hanging from the ceiling beneath a sign that ironically reads Welcome.
Director Yogesh KMC has crafted a script that offers Samyuktha a transformative role, promising powerful action sequences and a character arc unlike anything she has portrayed before.
A Vasanth is the cinematographer, Sam CS is composing the score, while Sahi Suresh is the production designer, and Chota K Prasad is the editor.
The Black Gold is currently being filmed in Hyderabad and is set for a Pan-India release.
