Some leaders live in the hearts of their people forever and Gummadi Narsaiah is one such name. The five-time independent MLA from Yellandu became synonymous with integrity, accessibility, and service.
His extraordinary life, rooted in equality and empathy, now takes cinematic shape in Gummadi Narsaiah, a biopic that seeks to honor his legacy.
Kannada superstar Dr Shiva Rajkumar slips into Gummadi Narsaiah’s persona, embodying both his quiet strength and simplicity.
The film marks the directorial debut of Parameshwar Hivrale, and is bankrolled by N. Suresh Reddy under Pravallika Arts Creations.
The first look poster is quite impressive. Shiva Rajkumar, dressed plainly with specs on, is seen walking with a bicycle carrying the emblematic red flag, with the Assembly faintly visible behind him.
The concept video beautifully reinforces Gummadi Narsaiah’s grounded nature, showing him entering the legislative building with only books tied to the rear seat of his cycle, a poetic symbol of knowledge-driven leadership.
Crafted with realism by cinematographer Satish Mutyala, enhanced by Suresh Bobbili’s stirring score and with editing by Satya Giduturi, Gummadi Narsaiah is a celebration of selfless leadership.
Scheduled for a Pan India release, the film’s core resonates across borders, a story that reminds us that true greatness lies not in power or privilege, but in serving one’s people with integrity and heart.
Gummadi Narsaiah will go on floors soon.
