We never compromise on quality. We don’t buy chilies from markets. All our chilies are sourced directly from trusted farmlands, handpicked with care, de-stemmed, cleaned, and sun-dried right on the farm. This farm-to-table approach ensures purity, flavor, and authenticity in every spoonful.
To create the perfect blend of flavors, ingredients such as mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chili powder, salt, and garlic are precisely measured and combined. The mixture is then stone-ground in a heavy granite mortar and pestle, a process that imparts a distinct texture and depth of flavor—making our pickles and spice blends truly stand out.
We also maintain completely separate units for vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles, with zero cross-contact, so you can enjoy true purity and confidence in every jar.
Special spice powders like Pudina Karam and Karivepaku (Curry Leaf) Karam are also made using our signature stone grinding method—only after an order is placed. No pre-grinding. No shortcuts.
