It is known that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu invited international cricket player Shree Charani Reddy, who hails from the Rayalaseema region, to his office and honored her.
He allotted her a 1000 sq. yard residential plot, Rs 2.5 crore cash reward, and a Group-1 government job.
All these announcements were made to recognize her achievements, and it remains to be seen when these promises will be fulfilled.
On the other hand, there is another player from Hyderabad named Arundhati Reddy, who might have been expecting a similar honor from her own state’s Chief Minister, Revanth Reddy.
However, so far, Revanth Reddy has neither invited nor met her, nor has he announced any cash reward, plot, or government job in her honor.
In fact, Arundhati Reddy is a bowler who did not get a chance to play in the main matches but was part of the national team as an extra player.
Still, being part of such a prestigious team represents years of dedication and hard work. By all means, Arundhati Reddy also deserves recognition and respect from the Telangana government.
Many are saying that Revanth Reddy has not yet learned this important aspect from Chandrababu Naidu, the value of encouraging and honoring local talent.
