Sreeleela is Against AI Misuse Targeting Actresses

Several leading actresses, including Rashmika Mandanna, Keerthy Suresh, and Janhvi Kapoor, have spoken out against the growing misuse of AI-generated images.

Janhvi Kapoor recently revealed that she was shocked to see vulgar images created by online miscreants, who allegedly used her Instagram photos and digitally altered certain body parts.

Keerthy Suresh also shared similar concerns, stating that some AI-generated images circulating online showed her in outfits and styles completely different from what she had originally posted.

Now, actress Sreeleela has joined the list, expressing concern over the issue and admitting that she became aware of it only recently. Readmore!

She stated, “I have been unaware of many things happening online due to my schedule, and I thank my well-wishers for bringing this to my notice,”

Sreeleela raised serious concerns and took a strong stand against the misuse of AI-generated content, especially material that targets women professionals in the film and art industries.

In her statement, she wrote,“I put my hands together and request every social media user not to support Al-generated nonsense. There is a difference between using and abusing technology. Advancements in technology are meant to simplify life, not complicate it, in my opinion. Every girl out there is a daughter, granddaughter, sister, friend, or colleague, even if she chooses art as one of her professions.”
