Ishaan Khatter has bought a plush luxury apartment in Mumbai’s premium Pali Hill area for â¹29.37 crore, property registration documents show.
The actor purchased the apartment at Navroz Apartments, Bandra (Pali Hill), under the Navroze Premises Co-operative Society. The flat has a carpet area of 2,989 sq ft and comes with four parking spaces.
The seller is Kapil M. Mahtani, and the deal was registered on February 5, 2026. Ishaan reportedly paid â¹1.76 crore as stamp duty.
Ishaan, the half-brother of Shahid Kapoor and son of actor Neelima Azeem and veteran Pankaj Kapur, began his journey as a child artist before moving into lead roles.
He made a strong impression with Beyond the Clouds (2017), winning Best Actor at the International Bosphorus Film Festival, and later entered mainstream cinema with Dhadak (2018).
He was last seen in Homebound, which premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival under the Un Certain Regard section and received a standing ovation.
Though the film was India’s official entry for the 2026 Oscars, it did not make the final shortlist.
With this high-value purchase, Ishaan joins the list of young actors making big real-estate moves in Mumbai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
