Prasanth Varma’s mighty vision, Jai Hanuman, has been launched today at the sacred Anjanadri Betta in Hampi, the birthplace of Lord Hanuman.
After creating a pan-India storm with HanuMan, the National Award-winning filmmaker now expands the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe with its grand sequel.
Backed by National Award-winning banner Mythri Movie Makers and presented by T-Series, the film brings another powerhouse- National Award-winner Rishab Shetty, who steps in as Lord Hanuman.
Rishab’s intense physical, and spiritual prep has already amplified expectations nationwide. The previously released first look generated devotional vibes.
The ceremony unfolded with traditional rituals and grandeur, aligning perfectly with the film’s essence- devotion, strength, and divine purpose.
The launch began with Bhushan Kumar giving the first clap, followed by Anil Thadani switching on the camera as Teja Sajja directed the ceremonial first shot.
Anil Thadani, Bhushan Kumar, Naveen Yerneni, and Ravi Shankar formally presented the script to Prasanth Varma.
Set against the backdrop of Hanuman’s Agnyathavas, Jai Hanuman promises a visually towering action epic rooted in loyalty, dharma, and timeless promise.
The project is backed by an exceptional technical crew, featuring M.M. Keeravani’s music, S. Thirunavukkarasu’s cinematography, and Srinagendhra Thangala’s production design.
With pre-production ramping up and a massive canvas in place, this is poised to be one of Indian cinema’s biggest mythological spectacles.
