Hyd Real Estate: Doubts On Tallest Residential Tower

The 72-floor project at Ghatkesar in Hyderabad was first announced in December 2025. Now, there has been a fresh update regarding the same development.

The new real estate company has officially stated that it has applied for preliminary approvals to construct a 72-storey residential tower called “Dancing Daffodils” near the Ghatkesar ORR.

With a proposed height of 244.6 metres, it is expected to become the tallest residential project in East Hyderabad.

However, many realtors and experienced residential property investors have several doubts. Readmore!

First, the location is Ghatkesar, and the project is being promoted as the tallest residential tower with a very fancy design.

The main nearby landmarks are Sreenidhi College of Engineering and a railway track. Because of this, people are questioning whether the project is really viable and how the financial model will work.

Earlier projects like Aliens Space Station were announced with big promises but has been taking a very long time to complete.

There have also been many other eye-catching and futuristic projects that looked impressive in advertisements and on paper, but turning them into reality has been very difficult.

Coming to Ghatkesar, there was the Singapore Township, which was developed with a very futuristic vision. However, the initial excitement around the project gradually faded.

Many of those who bought apartments there either sold them later or are still holding on to them without seeing significant returns; the main reasons are the location and the scale of the project.

Some people believe this project may also be reduced in size later. In the past, a well-known real estate brand planned a 100-floor residential tower but could not get the required permissions, so it was scaled down to two towers of a little over 50 floors each.

Many think something similar could happen in this case.
