In a political speech, Chandrababu said that Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has the support of a political party and that he knows how to bring him out from that safe haven and punish him.
To explain this, he used an analogy; when a snake is on Lord Shiva’s head (he likely meant neck), we worship Shiva and walk away, but he said he knows how to bring that snake out and do what he wants with it.
In fact, the snake around Shiva’s neck is not an ordinary poisonous snake. It is the highly revered Vasuki, the king of Nagas, as per Sanathana Dharma. It symbolizes control over fear and death, power over poison and ego and the awakening of Kundalini energy.
How can Chandrababu see it as a normal venomous snake? This reflects his ignorance. It can even be viewed as a form of blasphemy; insulting and belittling a divine serpent.
Chaganti Koteshwara Rao has been an advisor to Chandrababu Naidu with regard to moral preaching. As a religious preacher, at the very least he should speak out and condemn Chandrababu’s words, say scholars. The silence of the wise is more dangerous than anything else.
