After tying the knot last month, Rashmika Mandanna was spotted proudly flaunting her mangalsutra (thali) and sindoor while walking hand in hand with her husband, Vijay Deverakonda.
The couple was seen soon after returning from a visit to Vijay’s native village in Telangana.
Ever since their wedding on February 26 in Udaipur, the newlyweds have been grabbing attention with their affectionate public appearances and loved-up outings.
Rashmika embraced traditional bridal elegance by wearing a beige printed saree with a striking red border.
She styled her hair in long soft curls and accessorised with layered gold chains along with her mangalsutra. Vijay complemented her look in a white floral-print kurta paired with white pyjama, keeping his style simple yet classy.
Soon after their wedding in Udaipur, the couple performed a Satyanarayana Swamy Vratham and held a Gruhapravesam (housewarming ceremony) at their newly built home in Thummanpet.
Staying rooted in tradition, the couple followed customary rituals as they began their married life.
Until their wedding, the actors—who have worked together in films—kept their public appearances together to a minimum. However, since getting married, they have been almost inseparable, enjoying the early days of marital bliss.
After returning from Udaipur, the couple also visited the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams temple in Hyderabad, where they distributed sweets and shared their joy with devotees, the media, and fans.
The celebrations are far from over. The couple is set to host a grand wedding reception in Hyderabad on March 4. However, due to security reasons, the event will be strictly invitation-only.
