Even before fans could get over their wedding looks, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna once again grabbed attention with their stylish appearance at their Kodagu reception held last night.
The reception took place in Kodagu (Coorg), which is also Rashmika’s hometown, making the celebration even more special and personal.
According to reports, the grand reception and dinner party were hosted at Serenity Hall in Virajpet, with only close family members and friends in attendance.
Adding a sentimental touch to the occasion, reports also suggest that Rashmika’s father gifted her a bungalow in Coorg.
For the reception, Rashmika embraced the traditions of her hometown and chose a beautiful green and pink silk saree, likely a Kanjivaram, draped in the traditional Coorg style.
Unlike the more common saree draping style seen across India, the Coorg style features the pallu wrapped differently, with the edge brought over the right shoulder and pinned in place.
As always, Rashmika completed her look with classic gold jewellery, continuing the elegant traditional theme seen at her wedding and other ceremonies.
She wore layered necklaces, stacked bangles, and traditional gold jhumkas, and even used a gold safety pin to secure the saree pallu.
Her hairstyle was kept neat and graceful with a sleek bun decorated with gajra flowers.
For makeup, she went with soft nude pink tones, subtle cheek colour, lightly tinted lips, and matte eye makeup — keeping the look simple, elegant, and rooted in tradition.
On the other hand, Vijay Deverakonda brought a stylish retro charm to the event.
He wore black flared trousers paired with a white shirt with open collar buttons, giving him a vintage, classic hero look.
He completed the outfit with a blazer featuring silver motifs and paired it with white shoes, adding a fashionable touch to the overall appearance.
As the couple stood together on a beautifully decorated stage with white curtains and elegant white floral arrangements in the background, they shared several sweet moments.
One such moment that caught everyone’s attention was when Rashmika was seen lovingly fixing Vijay’s hair, with both of them smiling warmly at each other.
