The makers of Peddi have finally locked a new release date after multiple postponements, putting an end to ongoing speculation.
According to sources, the film is now set to hit theatres on June 25, with premieres scheduled a day earlier in North America.
The team reportedly took considerable time and multiple discussions before finalizing this date, aiming to avoid any further changes.
The decision is said to have come after strong insistence from lead actor Ram Charan, who was keen on sticking to a June release window.
The film was initially planned for April 30 but was later postponed, and Ram Charan reportedly emphasized that any further delay could affect the film’s momentum and hype.
An official announcement is expected once the remaining shoot is completed, including a special song featuring Shruti Haasan.
Despite the delays, “Peddi” continues to carry strong buzz. The songs and teaser glimpses released so far have generated positive responses, keeping audience interest intact.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, the film is an action drama set against a sports backdrop.
