Kartik Aaryan is often in the spotlight not just for his films but also for his alleged romances with co-stars.
From Sara Ali Khan during Love Aaj Kal to Janhvi Kapoor while working on Dostana 2, the actor has been linked with several actresses over the years.
Currently, rumours suggest he is dating South sensation Sreeleela, with whom he’s filming Anurag Basu’s upcoming untitled musical romantic drama. However, in a recent interview with Filmfare, Kartik put the speculation to rest.
“I’m currently single and not dating,” said the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 star. “In the past, there was a lot of speculation — some of it true, some not. I was new to the attention back then and didn’t think much of it. The media would create stories from a single photo, even if I’d just met someone. It felt surreal. I’d often find out about my own love life from the news!”
He added, “Over time, I realised I needed to be more careful in how I handle such situations.”
As for his film with Sreeleela, the Anurag Basu directorial is rumoured to be titled Aashiqui 3, continuing the beloved romantic franchise.
