Dacoit: A Love Story performed strongly overseas, particularly in North America where premiere collections reached about US$ 352,000.
In India, the film recorded around Rs 7.67 crore gross on its first day. Overseas markets contributed about Rs 6.00 crore gross, taking the total worldwide gross to approximately Rs 13.57 crore.
Language wise, the Telugu version led the performance with about Rs 6.61 crore gross, while the Hindi version brought in roughly Rs 1.06 crore gross.
The response in Hindi markets was relatively moderate compared to the stronger turnout in Telugu regions.
Meanwhile, Love Insurance Kompany posted a worldwide gross of about Rs 9.93 crore on its opening day.
The film collected roughly Rs 8.08 crore gross in India, while overseas markets contributed around Rs 2.00 crore.
The Tamil version dominated the collections with about Rs 6.43 crore gross, while the Telugu version added nearly Rs 1.65 crore. However, the film saw a comparatively weaker response in North America during its opening.
