Deepika's Name Removed From Kalki, A PR Stunt!

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been in the spotlight of late for all the wrong reasons.

It is well known that the actress was dropped from the sequel of Prabhas and Nag Ashwin’s monumental pan-India blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD.

Ever since the news broke, a wave of negative PR targeting the film has been gaining traction online.

Amid this, several Bollywood media outlets, without verifying facts, reported that Deepika’s name had been removed from the end credits of Kalki 2898 AD in Netflix. Readmore!

However, these claims are entirely baseless. In reality, the film continues to feature her name in the credits, and the makers have no intention of removing it.

This pattern clearly reflects a coordinated attempt at negative publicity, reportedly stemming from Deepika Padukone’s side, to malign the image of the Kalki team.

Interestingly, while the makers of Kalki 2898 AD have chosen not to issue any public statements and have gracefully moved forward with their sequel plans, Deepika’s camp seems unsettled by her removal from the project.

The fact remains simple- Deepika Padukone’s name has not been removed from Kalki 2898 AD, and all reports suggesting otherwise are fabricated.

These unnecessary controversies only highlight the extent of the negative PR machinery working in the background.
