Many are wondering why producer AM Rathnam has yet to announce a new release date for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, especially after its sudden postponement from the originally planned July 12 release.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu will not be hitting theaters this month, and even a July release now appears doubtful.
According to sources, Pawan Kalyan was displeased with the last-minute delay and has firmly instructed Rathnam not to announce a new date unless he is absolutely certain the film can release as scheduled.
While Rathnam has been attributing the delay to pending visual effects work, insiders say Pawan Kalyan is fully aware of the real reasons behind the postponement.
He has reportedly told the producer to resolve all outstanding issues before making any further announcements.
At present, there is no clarity on whether the film will release on the speculated date of July 18 or be pushed to August.
