The rift between producer Shirish Reddy and Mega fans seems to have been resolved.
In an interview with GreatAndhra, Shirish had expressed disappointment that neither the hero nor the director of Game Changer called him after the film's release. This remark sparked major backlash among Ram Charan’s fans.
Adding fuel to the fire, producer Dil Raju repeatedly brought up Game Changer in his interviews, leading fans to issue a strong ultimatum.
In response, Dil Raju clarified yesterday that it was the media that kept asking him about the film, not the other way around. Now, Shirish has also issued a statement, extending an apology.
Reportedly, a few producers who had earlier worked with Ram Charan considered speaking out publicly about the situation. With things escalating, Shirish released a video message to set the record straight.
He said he shares a good relationship with both Ram Charan and Megastar Chiranjeevi and has no intention of damaging that bond.
Shirish admitted that if his words in the initial interview were poorly chosen or if fans were hurt by them, he sincerely apologizes.
He appealed to fans to forgive him, emphasizing that he never meant to disrespect anyone.
